Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional level 2 support to our end users. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our IT operations and ensuring user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. **End User Support**
- Respond promptly to support tickets in the ITC queue.
- Document technical notes for ticket escalation or resolution.
- Assist with regional ITC support for all locations.

2. **PC Maintenance and Support**
- Set up and deploy PCs for new employees using standard configurations.
- Train new hires on PC usage and networked equipment.
- Manage user and computer assignments in Active Directory.
- Conduct timely hardware and software upgrades and troubleshoot reported issues.

3. **Software Support**
- Provide assistance with local software and coordinate with Product Champions.
- Upgrade server software as needed.

4. **Team Collaboration and Projects**
- Participate in regular regional calls and assist other IT Coordinators.
- Support Corporate IT initiatives and monitor ticket queues to meet SLAs.

5. **Network Management**
- Maintain network file and print servers, ensuring daily backups and application updates.

6. **Compliance and Legal Support**
- Facilitate compliance with internal legal requests and preserve electronic media as required.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Active Directory, ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, and customer support is essential. Experience in desktop support, printer troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance is highly valued.

Work Environment

This position requires flexibility to support multiple locations and involves a mix of face-to-face and remote interactions with users.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in helpdesk support, desktop experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
