Job Title: Senior EHS Specialist

At IPS, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior EHS Specialist to join our team in Blue Bell, PA. As a key member of our EHS department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist construction project teams in developing and implementing safety plans, conducting compliance inspections, and providing EHS regulatory guidance.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and industry standards to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor EHS compliance and provide support as needed.
  • Perform EHS compliance audits and inspections, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain safety metrics and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate EHS risks.
  • Review and evaluate daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) developed by subcontractors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of construction safety experience, with a strong background in pharmaceutical EHS.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in pharmaceutical Design/Build/Validate processes.
