Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Professional to join our team at the Rogers Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain a full-time focus and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Prepare for each day by deciding a plan of action to ensure achievement
  • Visit with individuals to recommend the best supplemental Insurance solutions to meet their needs
  • Participate in continuous training offered by Family Heritage and support from local Rogers Agency partners
