We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at U.S. Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales and operations activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and operations, with a strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships.
Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and drive sales and operations activities.
- Oversee all aspects of the service business for specific customers.
- Identify and sell additional service repair work opportunities.
- Develop and execute written account plans for assigned customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in project management, service management, and sales within commercial and industrial environments.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, as well as servicing those systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships.
The estimated salary range for this position is $88,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on factors such as internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, matching retirement contributions, and paid time off.
