Compensation: This rewarding opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $23.00 per hour, with opportunities for shift differentials.
Job Summary:We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at one of our Long-Term Care and Rehab Facilities. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring their health, and providing emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
To succeed in this role, you must have a valid State of Maine certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) and demonstrate a compassionate and empathetic nature. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with our healthcare team.
