Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $11.00/hour, with opportunities for advancement and tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 annually. Additionally, employees receive medical, dental, vision, and voluntary life insurance, as well as 401K benefits.

Job Description
  • Assist consumers in daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dining skills, and housekeeping skills.
  • Provide direct support to consumers in training activities, as specified in ISPs and activity schedules.
  • Aid in mobility and assist with meal service, teaching dining skills and promoting social skills and personal dignity during meals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high school education or equivalent is preferred.
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
