LPN/HEDIS Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled LPN/HEDIS Specialist to join our team at Allmed Staffing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records to identify opportunities for improvement in clinical quality and data collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records to identify clinical data elements for HEDIS reporting
- Identify findings supported by documentation guidelines with high accuracy
- Maintain HIPAA standards and confidentiality of protected health information
- Communicate identification of pursuit leads for additional medical records to other team members
- Attend conference calls to provide information relating to clinical reviews and compliance
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse
- Minimum 2 years HEDIS experience and/or knowledge
- Solid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical quality
- Strong medical record review and abstraction skills
- Research and detail-oriented, excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
