As a Quality HEDIS/STARs Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. This position is responsible for coordinating HEDIS and STARs data, educating patients on quality measures, and closing gaps in care.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Work closely with local leadership to execute quality strategies and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients to help them understand and adhere to quality measures.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
- Monitor and analyze HEDIS and STARs data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Licensed Vocational/Professional Nurse (LVN/LPN)
- 3+ years of healthcare experience, including experience in a managed care setting
- 3+ years of experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
- HEDIS/STAR experience or participation with similar regulatory reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
