This position is responsible for coordinating HEDIS and STARs data, educating patients on quality measures, and closing gaps in care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work closely with local leadership to execute quality strategies and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients to help them understand and adhere to quality measures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Monitor and analyze HEDIS and STARs data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Vocational/Professional Nurse (LVN/LPN)
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience, including experience in a managed care setting
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
  • HEDIS/STAR experience or participation with similar regulatory reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
