Quality HEDIS/STARs Coordinator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HEDIS/STARs rates
  • Develop and implement strategies to close quality gaps and improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with local leadership to execute quality initiatives and improve clinical documentation processes
  • Provide education and training to clinic staff on quality measures and regulatory standards
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics to ensure quality and compliance
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a managed care setting with a focus on quality improvement
  • Experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
  • Strong understanding of HEDIS/STARs measures and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
