Clinical Quality LPN Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a Clinical Quality LPN to join our team. This is a four-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension or full-time offer.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled LPN to assist in the review of medical records, identify opportunities for improvement, and support quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HEDIS/STARs and experience in medical record review and abstraction.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the review of medical records to highlight opportunities for improvement
  • Review medical records for data collection, data entry, and quality monitoring
  • Partner with leadership and clinical staff to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement
  • Communicate challenges and trends that may impact quality outcomes
  • Track and trend barriers to quality care
  • Navigate multiple documentation systems to obtain medical records
  • Support quality initiatives by requesting medical records from providers
  • Respond to incoming inquiries and conduct calls for quality requirements
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and reporting needs
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Active and good standing LPN license in Texas
  • Minimum 2 years of HEDIS experience and/or knowledge
  • Solid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical quality
