Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Ergomed, a rapidly expanding full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in Oncology and Rare Disease.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic plans and sales strategies within specified territories or accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating and coordinating strategic plans and sales strategies
- Developing account strategies and implementation plans
- Identifying new markets and researching new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Considerable CRO sales experience with strong negotiation and analytical skills
- An established network of decision makers within Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies
- Awareness of trends and government policies and regulations in the clinical trials area
