Franchise Administrator

As a Franchise Administrator, you will be integral in helping the team bring the company's strategic goals and objectives to life. You will partner with key teams to drive results, meet commitments, and achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP of Franchise Development and the franchise sales team in planning and executing Discovery Days, territory checks, transfer and resale communication, broker network management, legal document management, KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Onboard new franchisees, guiding them through the onboarding process, managing an onboarding checklist, setting up marketing, ensuring all training requirements are met, answering questions, solving problems, and providing a final sign-off once all pre-opening requirements have been completed.
  • Administer key communication technologies, uploading documents, email, and/or text communication to franchisees as directed through designated technology platforms.
  • Monitor virtual help desks, inbound phone calls, and ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
  • Provide meeting planning support for field, training, or office events, partnering with the meeting planner for location identification, meeting budgeting, registration, guest management, catering, agenda preparation, meeting preparation, meeting notes, post-meeting surveys, and reporting.
  • Track and ensure local franchisee insurance compliance through collection and monitoring of insurance certificates, storing certificates in the proper technology, reaching out to franchisees to resolve any issues of non-compliance.
  • Manage the home office space, ensuring it is a great place to work and visit, greeting guests, providing oversight of office and kitchen supplies, general organization, cleaning schedule, repair or construction projects, equipment maintenance, mail, and delivery handling.
  • Answer phones and accept deliveries.
  • Assist the Vendor Manager in the development and maintenance of the preferred Vendor Network, maintaining a current list of preferred vendors, supporting marketing efforts, agreement coordination, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, which could include travel planning, KPI reporting, meeting minutes, document filing and storage, and any correspondence as needed.

Compensation: $65,000.00 per year.
