Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate events to optimize productivity.
  • Welcome and assist onsite guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to incoming phone calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and implement efficient filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in office administration or related fields is highly valued.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • A high degree of attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Strong organizational skills are required to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
