Job Title: Medical Office Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Center for Primary Care. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient flow, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule: This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and waitlists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Assist with medical procedures, exams, and tests as needed.
  • Operate office equipment, including computers, printers, and medical devices.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods.
