Job Summary:

LGI Homes is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team as an Office Manager. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing critical documentation, and executing key marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and answer phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage critical documentation through the home closing process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Execute key marketing initiatives to promote LGI Homes' brand and services.
  • Assist with construction permitting tasks and become an expert user of the LGI Performance Tracking System.
  • Conduct daily data entry and reporting, and prepare weekly reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude, exceptional communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and work assignments.
