Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapy Supervisor to join our team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. As a key member of our respiratory care department, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our cardiopulmonary staff and ensuring that procedures and policies are met in full accordance.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate provision of Respiratory Care Services with other medical functions and serve as a technical resource for department personnel.
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
- Constantly evaluate and monitor services to assure quality care to the patient.
- Perform critical and non-critical respiratory care procedures through both physician directives and Respiratory Care Protocols.
HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is a 380-bed acute-care hospital that provides interventional and therapeutic care, including open-heart surgery. Our hospital services include labor/delivery, pediatrics, orthopedics, oncology, nuclear medicine, adult and pediatric emergency services, and diagnostic services. We are a designated Certified Primary Stroke Center and a Level II Trauma Center.
