  • Implement and manage voter outreach strategies such as phone banking, canvassing, voter registration initiatives, text outreach, and public visibility events.
  • Enlist and coordinate volunteers focused on voter protection initiatives.
  • Achieve weekly objectives and targets.
  • Exhibit a willingness to acquire new skills, particularly regarding the daily operations of political campaigns.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A strong commitment to making a positive impact.
  • Prior experience in political campaigns is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible and responsive to evolving needs and priorities.
  • Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to engage effectively with diverse communities; proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with VoteBuilder and/or Mobilize is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential.
  • Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative and positive team-oriented mindset.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a laptop.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • A sense of humor, a love for animals, a competitive spirit, and a commitment to public service are all valued traits.
