Human Resources Generalist

Temple Square Hospitality is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to drive employee experience and people-focused initiatives. This role involves guiding recruitment, employee development, and performance management to create a workplace where talent thrives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment efforts and employee onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Track and report HR metrics to senior management, including headcount, turnover, and employee satisfaction data.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance to management on conflict resolution and corrective actions.
- Implement training programs to foster employee development and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Oversee the administration of performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Review and implement HR policies, ensuring they remain compliant and relevant to business needs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations related to employment practices.
- Maintain and optimize the use of HR Information Systems (HRIS) to streamline HR processes.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to address and resolve complex employee issues and organizational challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- PHR/SPHR certification is a plus.
