About the Role:

Mulberry Talent Partners is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to join our client's Executive Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for enhancing the company's culture, driving talent acquisition and retention programs, and fostering employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of HR, including department budgeting, payroll, benefits, recruiting, on & off boarding, training & performance, and safety.
  • Provide counsel to senior management on sensitive employee relations, compensation, staffing, performance management, and HRIS.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Contribute to high-level strategic decision-making by working collaboratively with other executives and Operating Company leaders.
  • Evaluate the company's structure and design to achieve business goals through workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • One or more certifications including SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP required.
  • Ability to execute and deliver results in a dynamic environment balancing technical and business considerations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with executives, employees, and external partners.
