Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Belva, a cutting-edge AI telecommunications company. This is a contract role.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various technical positions, including Developers, Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with managers to understand the unique needs of each technical role and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the acquisition of exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition creation to candidate offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, technical evaluations, and other assessment stages, ensuring a positive and timely experience for candidates.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and acting as a main point of contact.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in hiring Developers, Engineers, Designers, Project Managers, and related roles.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
