Your contributions will have a direct impact on people's lives as you act as a career mentor and liaison between talent and account representatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include researching and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our customers.

We're looking for someone who can source candidates using various tools and platforms, screen and make hiring decisions based on skillsets and work experience, prepare candidates for interviews, facilitate skill assessments and background verifications, and conduct post-placement performance evaluations.

You will also be responsible for managing your pipeline of qualified candidates through our applicant tracking software and maintaining a pre-determined level of recruiting activity to hit weekly and monthly production goals.
