About the Job:

LALA US, Inc is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services to client groups, including Field Sales and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of progressive HR experience and be highly proficient with UltiPro and HRM or comparable HRIS/ATS systems. They will also possess knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, career development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations issues and investigative concerns, partnering with Legal as needed.
  • Develop and implement employee and management training initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required; Master's Degree is preferred.
  • PHR is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment with little exposure to noise.
  • The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is necessary.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
