About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project execution to closure, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to accurately predict revenue growth.
  • Assist with project final invoicing processing, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Support monthly processing of invoicing and accounts receivable, ensuring prompt payment and minimizing debt.
  • Obtain approval for non-standard processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Review revenue accruals and billed labor, monitoring unbilled revenue and outstanding accounts receivable for potential claw backs.
  • Prepare and distribute reports to stakeholders, analyzing data to inform business decisions.
  • Arrange for bill rate corrections, T&E adjustments, and pre-approved batch templates as needed.
Working Environment

This role will be based in a hybrid or remote work environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Qualifications
  • Several years of combined related work experience and completed higher education, including business operations work experience and work experience directly related to the duties of the job.
  • Preferred qualifications include several years of operations and/or financial work experience in matrix organizations and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
