Job Type:
Full-time

As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will oversee daily back-office operations for assigned fund products, working under the supervision of fund product managers. Your role will be within a structured team environment focused on control and compliance. Client engagements are comprehensive, encompassing tasks from general ledger management to financial and investor reporting. Responsibilities may include regular reporting cycles or urgent client and investor requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute treasury functions, including bank account reconciliations, disbursement processing, and cash reporting.
- Prepare and input journal entries into specialized cloud-based accounting software.
- Develop workpapers for fund products during quarterly reporting periods.
- Assist in the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements.
- Manage multiple ad-hoc investor inquiries.
- Support the preparation of capital activities, including capital calls and distributions.
- Maintain communication with clients and team members.
- Uphold and promote the GP Fund Solutions culture.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in software tools, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification.
- Experience in private fund administration.
