Job Type:
Full-time

As a Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for managing daily back-office operations for fund products under the supervision of fund product managers. Your work will be conducted within a structured team environment, ensuring high levels of control and oversight. Client engagements typically involve comprehensive services, including general ledger management and financial reporting for investors. Tasks may include quarterly reporting cycles or rapid-response requests from clients or investors.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute treasury functions, including bank account reconciliations, disbursement processing, and cash reporting preparation.
2. Prepare and enter journal entries into specialized cloud-based accounting software.
3. Develop workpapers for fund products during the quarterly reporting cycle.
4. Assist in the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements.
5. Manage multiple ad-hoc inquiries from investors.
6. Support the preparation of capital activities, including capital calls and distributions.
7. Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
8. Uphold and promote the GP Fund Solutions, LLC culture.

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Proficiency in software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

- CPA certification.
- Experience in private fund administration.
