Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our overall digital marketing strategy across all channels. You will play a critical role in generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Utilize Pardot to manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, leveraging automation to nurture leads and facilitate seamless handoff to business development teams
  • Collaborate with the business development teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, leveraging Salesforce data for improved lead qualification and conversion strategies
  • Lead the development and execution of ARCO's social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, generating regular reports to assess KPIs and campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy development, campaign management, and digital analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or other related degree. Advanced degrees or certifications in Digital Marketing or similar fields are a plus
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Salesforce and Pardot. Ability to design and execute automated marketing campaigns, manage lead nurturing programs, and integrate marketing efforts with CRM systems
  • Expertise in PPC campaign management, including experience with Google Ads or other PPC platforms. Knowledge of keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization to drive measurable results
  • Strong proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track campaign performance, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing websites for search engines
