The Acquisition Analyst at DCS Corp will be responsible for managing acquisition program operations within a Department of Defense (DoD) program management office.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversees the DoD acquisition lifecycle management for designated projects.

Facilitates coordination of work products and tasks throughout the acquisition process and various lifecycle phases.

Prepares, organizes, and ensures proper staffing of milestone documentation.

Assists in formulating contracting strategies, drafting contracting documents, and coordinating efforts with Army Contracting Command.

Engages in source selection boards and performs technical evaluations.

Participates in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), testing events, reviews, and product demonstrations.

Provides oversight for contracts related to assigned products.

Manages the program budget and master schedule effectively.

Identifies trade-offs related to cost, schedule, and performance.

Develops preliminary Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other relevant acquisition documentation.

Collaborates with contracting personnel to ensure successful contracted outcomes.

Maintains configuration control of all acquisition-related documents.

Formulates plans for mitigating product risks.

Essential Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to the sensitive nature of customer-related requirements.

A Secret clearance is required.

A Bachelor's degree coupled with twelve years of relevant experience.

Equivalent experience or credentials commensurate with DAWIA Level II certification in the Program Management acquisition career field, or PMP Certification.

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in areas such as Product Life Cycle Management, Project Team Management, and Acquisition and Contracting documentation (including J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F), WAWF, iRAPT, cost analysis, Project Management, database management, GFEBS, DODI, Defense Acquisition System, and JCIDS.
