Job Summary

This is a Contract to Hire opportunity for a Project Management Professional to join our team at Mindlance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in cloud tools and applications such as Snowflake, Azure, and AWS. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing project assignments through completion, communicating results, and making recommendations to management.

Key Responsibilities

Identifies required resources and researches project data, procedures, and history for a thorough understanding of project direction.
Generates and analyzes statistical data reports.
Develops, prepares, and manages project plans through completion.
Communicates activity progress to involved parties.
Resolves issues that arise involving clients, when appropriate.
Transitions programs to management personnel.
Participates in oral presentations.
Develops and provides training to management and colleagues as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with a major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis from an accredited college or university preferred.
Seven (7) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required, including three (3) years of project management, office operations management, managed care, insurance-related, and/or statistical analysis experience.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of project management, statistical analysis, and leadership/management/motivational skills.
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed Performance Competencies.

Work Environment

When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. The successful candidate will be required to handle work-related stress, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet deadlines. The position requires computer keyboarding and travel as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion.

Credit security clearance, confirmed via background credit check, is required for this position.
