Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Food Preparation: Work together with other Team Members to prepare items on the menu while following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
  • Restaurant Cleanliness: Ensure Restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, sweeping, and mopping floors, washing/sanitizing/disinfecting kitchen utensils and high-touch-point areas, and servicing restrooms.
  • Teamwork: Communicate effectively with Team Members and Management to resolve any interpersonal issues as needed and work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, opening, and closing shifts, and be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Current student or high school diploma/GED preferred.
  • Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, Team Members, and Management.
