About the Role

Camping World is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our team to success.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company as a key member of our leadership team. As an Executive Director of Operations, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing all phases of dealership operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-performing sales team to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Oversee the Profit and Loss and budget responsibility, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Initiate and track cost control mechanisms to optimize resource allocation
  • Model and promote exceptional customer service behavior to drive loyalty and retention
  • Select and develop staff for growth and development opportunities, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work area for employees and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in managing a profit center, with a track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop others
  • Act in a professional manner, effectively handling problems and facilitating successful outcomes
  • Use independent judgment and discretion to address both short-term and long-term issues
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
  • Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role considers several factors, including skill sets, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range is $140,000 - $275,000+. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more. Full-time associates are eligible for paid time off, 401(k), and employee assistance programs. Part-time associates have access to dental and vision coverage.
