Job Summary

The Receptionist is a vital member of our team, providing exceptional support to our residents and staff. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to the office manager, including preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with mail and package distribution, as well as maintaining the office supply inventory.
  • Perform special projects and tasks as assigned by the office manager.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and external partners.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
