As an HR Generalist, you'll play a critical role in supporting specialized HR functions, including benefits, compensation, payroll, recruiting, and employee professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct new hire orientations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Champion the company's mission, vision, and values to promote a positive and productive work environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and HR inquiries
- Review new employees' background check reports for completeness
- Assist with annual benchmark survey submissions and analysis of results
- Maintain job descriptions within the company's repository
- Support HR Compliance Analyst with departmental audits
- Maintain enterprise-wide organization charts
- Provide support with benefits administration and open enrollment
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS certification preferred
