HR Generalist

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a critical role in supporting specialized HR functions, including benefits, compensation, payroll, recruiting, and employee professional development.

• Conduct new hire orientations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Champion the company's mission, vision, and values to promote a positive and productive work environment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires and HR inquiries
• Review new employees' background check reports for completeness
• Assist with annual benchmark survey submissions and analysis of results
• Maintain job descriptions within the company's repository
• Support HR Compliance Analyst with departmental audits
• Maintain enterprise-wide organization charts
• Provide support with benefits administration and open enrollment
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS certification preferred
