Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at the Electric Reliability Council of Texas. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, including benefits administration, talent acquisition, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and benefits communication to employees.
  • Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Employee Experience: Conduct new hire orientations, provide exceptional customer service to employees, and ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • HR Compliance: Assist with departmental audits, maintain job descriptions, and ensure compliance with Federal and State laws.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: No minimum work experience required, but a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge is required.
