Key Responsibilities Include:

Conducting various related tasks such as on-site training for customer personnel, drafting and updating maintenance procedures, and performing quality control assessments or product evaluations. Guiding customer personnel involved in the installation of control systems, sub-systems, equipment, or their routine modifications and repairs. Offering direct engineering advisory support to customers and serving as a liaison within the company on equipment-related issues. Generating comprehensive and timely reports on all activities, focusing on identifying encountered problems and services rendered. Composing control narratives and customer presentations. Engaging in networking, DCS, and PLC programming.

Who You Are:

You recognize the significance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You demonstrate remarkable initiative in challenging situations and excel at identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, gathering data from diverse sources to resolve issues.

Qualifications Required:

A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in lieu of formal education. A minimum of relevant experience in the field. Willingness and ability to travel a significant percentage of the time and work occasional overtime. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PLCs and/or DCS programming or support.
