We are seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive, Content to join our team at JConnelly. As a key member of our PR/Communications team, you will play a critical role in developing messaging platforms and creative content for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement messaging platforms with narrative pillars, editorial, and other creative content for our clients.
- Author and edit thought leadership content for financial publications and other prominent outlets.
- Write, co-write, ghost-write, and/or edit content and marketing strategy documents for our clients.
- Collaborate with our PR team to gather information for writing projects, deliver client-ready copy, and revise existing materials.
- Maintain consistency of branding and marketing messages across all client materials.
- Assist in updating client content files, including revised messaging narrative and campaign communications pillars.
- College degree or equivalent related business experience.
- Minimum of 3 years content/writing experience, with a focus on the financial services sector.
- Proven writing skills that effectively convey a message in the appropriate voice and tone to an audience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in various software applications, including word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of PR-related software, including Cision, Meltwater, Trendkite, etc.
