Job Description

This full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner role involves conducting visits in virtual and in-person settings, working with patients to develop safe and effective recovery plans.

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and treatment plans for patients with substance use disorder.
  • Provide direct patient care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes.
  • Develop treatment plans, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) where necessary.
  • Analyze patient data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with healthcare professionals to provide education and support on behavioral health conditions, preventative care, and medication adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with information security and privacy requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing, board certification from the AANP or ANCC as a PMHNP, and at least one year of experience in psychiatric and primary care or substance use treatment.

Prioritize helping the Medicaid population and individuals with substance use disorder.
