Pure Property Management is a leading provider of property management services. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in promoting resident relations, maintaining records, and communicating with tenants. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a valid driver's license.

The salary for this position is estimated at $52,800 - $58,400 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and biweekly pay frequency. This estimate takes into account the average hourly wage of $26/Hour to $28/Hour mentioned in the job description.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Property Manager in communicating with residents, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintaining records in property management software for all maintenance requests
  • Serving as the primary contact for tenant communication
  • Preparing and coordinating the Move-In and Move-Out process with tenants

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license in WA
  • Residential property management experience is preferred
  • An operational vehicle for use on the job is required
