About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Specialist to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. In this role, you will work directly with our Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants in our CLIA certified (mobile) laboratory, providing patient care and gaining valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under supervision of licensed NP/PA providers
  • Patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs
  • IV starts and blood draws (as permitted by state law)
  • Splint application and Wound care
  • Work directly with point of care laboratory equipment including operation, calibration, and maintenance
  • Perform EKGs
  • Assist NP/PAs in the daily functions of a mobile care delivery emergency unit
  • Patient documentation
  • Supply and stocking of vehicle before and after shift.
Requirements
  • Medical Technician
  • Basic Certification with WA, EMT License (hiring credential only)
  • MA-C or MA-P
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • BLS, American Heart Association
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, family, and short-term disability leave.
