Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Special Education Teacher to join our team at an exceptional school district in Medford, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and supporting students with diverse needs in an elementary school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to ensure seamless delivery of special education services
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field
  • Valid Special Education Teacher credential/license in the state of practice
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Special Education Teacher within the last 3 years
