Job Overview

Soliant Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Paraprofessional to join our team in the Medford, Minnesota area.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this full-time role is $17-22 per hour based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a School Paraprofessional, you will work closely with early childhood and elementary students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide support in a structured learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students in early childhood and elementary classrooms
  • Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a certified professional
  • Providing 1:1 or small group assistance to students with diverse behavioral and developmental needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to foster student success
  • Assisting with classroom management and reinforcing positive behavior strategies
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working with students using ABA methodologies
  • Experience working with early childhood and elementary school-age students preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to helping students achieve their full potential
Interview Process
