An Administrative Support Professional plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office or department.
This key position involves providing administrative and support services to promote a safe, efficient, and effective environment for students. As an Administrative Support Professional, you will be known as a secretary, clerk, administrative assistant, or receptionist within our organization.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Performing Office Routines
- Greeting, assisting, and directing students and visitors who enter the office
- Assisting in planning school events and activities
- Maintaining documents, files, and records while ensuring confidentiality of information
- Typing, preparing, distributing, filing, and mailing various correspondence
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to fill this position.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- State/FBI Criminal History Clearance is necessary
Compensation: Our estimated salary range for this role is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
