Account Executive Job Description

Aon is seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client service plans to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' risk management needs and provide expert advice to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in insurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
