Job Title: Special Access Program Security Officer

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a highly skilled Special Access Program Security Officer to support the Joint Staff's Special Access Program Control Office (JS SAPCO) and Joint Staff Alternative Compensatory Control Measures Office (JS AMO) missions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will review operating procedures, make recommendations for updates or changes, and ensure compliance with policies and directives governing Special Access Programs. They will also maintain security safeguards to protect critical information and ensure national security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit and process program access requests
  • Maintain accountability of Special Access Program documents
  • Coordinate JS SAPCO security database systems
  • Provide security customer service support
  • Assist in development and distribution of security policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Emergency Action Plan (EAP), and Security Classification Guides (SCGs)
Requirements:
  • US Citizenship
  • Current DOD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all access required for special access programs
  • 5-7 years of related work experience
  • BA/BS degree required
Desirable Skills:
  • Special Access Program Security related training
  • Experience with DoD, ACCM, SAP, SCI, and/or CPSO
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy
