At CommonSpirit Health at Home, we're on a mission to deliver exceptional care and support to our patients. As a Client Relations Executive, you'll play a vital role in driving our success by cultivating strong relationships with healthcare providers and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and expand our market share through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and patient satisfaction.
- Identify and qualify key healthcare relationships within the regional territory, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physicians.
- Develop and maintain accurate data on customer relationships within our territory management system.
- Design and implement a yearly business plan for the region, driving us past established budgets and goals.
- Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience.
- One year of related sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical field.
- Excellent sales, customer service, and persuasive abilities, with a strong ability to build trusting relationships and gain commitment for referrals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office applications and territory management systems.
- Excellent time management, organizational, administrative, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and interdependently, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
