About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Care Coordinator to join our team at Arcadia Home Care and Staffing. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of home health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Supervision: Schedule and supervise in-home care workers to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Client Care: Provide direct care to clients as needed, including covering critical clients who do not have a backup in place.
  • Employee Management: Supervise and manage direct service employees, setting expectations for attendance, performance, and conduct.
  • Recruitment and Training: Assist with the new hire process for all new employees, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements and Competencies
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal and Organizational Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and scheduling programs.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, including a driver's license, auto insurance, and a vehicle.
