Requirements
  • 2-4 years of post-secondary education in a related field or 6+ years of equivalent experience in customer service
  • 4-5 years of related customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
