About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Liaison Specialist to join our team at Health Plus Management LLC. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a collaborative environment and providing administrative support to healthcare professionals. They will be responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating tests, and maintaining patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate tests for patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Ensure efficient patient management processes
  • Cultivate confident relationships with new and existing patients
  • Act as a liaison between providers, patients, and staff

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • Experience as an administrative assistant
  • Familiarity with Athena EHR and Billing Platform
  • Proven organizational skills
