Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager, Sales to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to establish and communicate sales metrics and expectations.
  • Coach and train sales associates to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze sales results and translate numbers into actionable behaviors and goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent, Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build a culture focused on success and teamwork.
  • Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.00 to $32.00, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives.
