Crossroads Trading is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Key Holder to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for managing staff, training and supervising team members, and assisting the Store Manager with daily store operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Actively participate in staff management and solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager with store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Be a role model and lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solve any issues that arise, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Work at the Point of Sale (POS) counter and handle all sales-related tasks, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
