Job Summary

This position supports the Account Executive with responsibilities related to client management and retention in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a high volume book of Personal Lines Insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
  • Grow client loyalty by building positive relationships and providing high levels of advocacy, excellent service, and professional communication.
  • Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies for clients.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the insurance markets and their appetites, underwriting guidelines, submitting procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review all applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete loss/claim analysis and summaries to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate expiration lists with department managers to obtain renewal business information and ensure seamless transitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum 3-7 years of experience in Personal Lines Account Management, with a strong background in the insurance industry.
  • Property & Casualty License required, with a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with agency management software, such as Applied/Epic, preferred.
  • Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen and problem-solve with minimal assistance.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
